The trip pairings in CLT have become really bad. I know that PHL has always had better pairings than the CLT crew base. Suddenly in the last few months the work days have become longer than ever and the number of legs per day have doubled. What gives?

Management view vs. worker's view.
E190's have gone to PHL, reduced 737 block hours, West flying transcon.
It seems like the majority of the transcon flying is now west flying. Not sure what the east in doing
