Elaine Chao DOT Secretary. So much for draining the swamp. She is the wife of the Senate Majority leader and was the DOL Secretary under Bush during some of the worst times for airline unions in the history of aviation.

this is one of those cabinet positions that don't mean a hill of beans big picture so Trump is using to appease the haters, while he continues to fill the important positions with hard core old schoolers.
