Someone needs to be questioning Owens, Peterson, JR Ruiz, and Rojas about their knowledge on this matter and what is going on.
I believe this information to be significant and disturbing.
TWU International needs to investigate and if true take action.

There's a process called the grievance procedure if you believe something has been implemented in violation of the CBA. Calm down Informer nothing has been done YET. I'm sure TUL and Sam Cirri are aware of what's going on......just ask him.

Like I said before, red circling is nothing new and I'm sure past practice will allow the company to do it. I don't like it as much as you do but, it's been done before. You may luck out and they red circle welders???? who knows????? Wait & see!!!

Don't know about red circling for welders but I am aware of the "Mason Dixon Line" established by Attachment 15.1 of the CBA for a system protected non licensed aircraft maintenance technician.....There is a defined stopping point for a RIF

Now and A few thousand exTWAers that still keep in touch thanks to Facebook , we are dancing and the big celebration is coming. I got the Champagne chilled. I hope it was us TWAers that brought the once powerful AA down to it's knees because that's what it did to us.I am hoping we infected AA. Take that 4/10/2001 seniority and shove it.

What happened to your seniority was between the defacto "AA owned" twu and the IAM - we workers hadn't one thing to do with it.

Personally, I had hoped you people would be dovetailed in, retaining your seniority, but that wasn't what your supposed representation had in mind for you after your dues were obviously going to go elsewhere - and the twu was all to happy to oblige.

You have every right to be angry but the least you could do is direct your anger towards those who deserve it - that would be your darling IAM and that group of charlatans, aka the twu.

When you sober up from your champagne drinking, do realize that we are only in the year 2012, and that it is 11 years, not 12. You are correct in saying that it was TWA that brought the once powerful AA down to its knees. Your debt and crappy airplanes that were aquired, along with the adoption of many of your ways has done just that, and has certainly infected AA as you said.
