theres a link to the current postion of the TWU. No where did I see anything about retro ,2001 book rates and etc

That is what the current committie postion is after rejecting this T/A ,how do you see anyway that when can go back and ask for more than are 2008 table postion

so for all the survey's and meetings (neither one done in chicago). How do we go back and start asking for more than what we where asking for in the beginning?

In the game of Chess, this is called CHECK MATE

In the TWU world of negotiations, this is called "WE'LL GET 'EM NEXT TIME"

To KUKUY, High Speed Steel, CIO, Checking it Out, Jim Little, Rick Mullings, Linda Dill, ect.
This is called superior representation, while demonizing those seeking change.

How do we go back and start asking for more than what we where asking for in the beginning?

I suggest you start watching "Pawn Stars", and then come back and tell us how many times you see any of those guys agree to start over with a customer.

That table position called for a 6% increase in 2008, 4% in 2009 and 3% in 2010, if we stayed with this that would be the retro.
