Uniform Pictures

Has anyone found the pictures of the uniforms on the Hub yet? Just wondering if I'm looking in the wrong place. They said they would be out at the end of Feb. Was that 07 or 08?

Rob McKenzie took some pretty good shots while they were in CLT. Matter of fact, they were better than any others that the company has. I saw them and there are lots of combinations. Rob has to get permission to put them out for all to see. Hopefully he will have them out soon.

Look for a two page layout in this thursdays AboutUS. Also there will be a webcast posted soon. The show was filmed in PHX and is being edited.

Why on earth are there displays of the "current" uniforms in the PHL crew room? One is the male uniform and the other the womans uniform displaying the skirt. Well, some DO need a reminder of HOW to wear their uniform. 🙄

Funny thing about the current uniform and what it should look like.....have heard that supervisors in the crew service center in PHL are telling F/A's to just go to Kohl's and buy some matching pieces! Are the current uniform vendors still issuing pieces? :huh:

M&H on the west is still issueing pieces. All west FA will get their $150 anual allotment May 1. Not sure about CSA's someone else on here plz resond to that.

East FA that need new pieces should still be able to exchange them through the replacement program. If you are denied that then the company is again violation the CBA. Contact your MEC UC.

We got mail in Catcrew about March being "uniform" compliance month. They will be monitoring for 100% compliance.

This management team is smoking something. It's been how many years since anyone even thought about uniform compliance? What at least 6 years? The rules have changed at least 20 times over so what are the rules? If your going to set a standard you would think they would tell everyone what it is first. A freaking lint brush? Sewing kits? You should not have to bribe these broads to look decent but if your going to a lint brush just won't cut it. Does uniforms compliance mean professional attire for our managers? Make Management Smile?... give us a decent contract and then we will smile and wear pink feather boas if they want! 😉

When I was recalled in June, you could not get a new dress. On 3/2 I asked in the PHL crew resource center if the dresses were available again and they said yes and ordered me 2 new ones.

I would like the I-Pod because I don't have one, but I am not interested in the other items. I have sewing kits, receive them free at hotels. Not interested in lugging a lint brush around. No use for a spa, but I could use $20 bucks to buy dinner.

I understand the thought behind their gesture, but I think they should know their audience better.

Ahh, maybe I am just PMSing. LOL.
