It could certainly have used some script enhancement. I mean come on: "steal your jobs" and "we're evil" wouldn't take much original conceptual laboring out west. Infernal fires as a backdrop was ok, but: What's up with the Santa cap? Why not some serious horns?..a pitchfork?..a chorus line of "The Devil's Own Delightfull Dancing Demonettes"/etc? We do live in an age of easy graphic manipulation after all.

Sure you are AT US EAST ONLY!!! This ain't US east in fact its not the same company you worked for at all. You AGREED to go to arbitration and you AGREED to abide by it! You people are completely untrustworthy and you give the profession a bad name! :down:

I believe the pilots agreed to FAIR arbitration that met certain guidelines, including NO WINDFALLS FOR EITHER GROUP, a guideline that clearly was not followed. I would bet that they would be more than happy to submit to another, FAIR arbitration. In fact, it may come to that when they are represented by another union. And it appears to me that your legal threats will be ended, as well, because when ALPA leaves, so will their money grubbing lawyers (a generic term used to describe lawyers in general).

Completely untrue and I will be more than happy to send you a copy of the transcripts. There were no west windfalls only east. 517 of them that will haunt us for the next 5 yrs now!!!

Yes..we've noticed that..as has the Dept of Transportation's stats takers and the traveling public, most especially the frequent flyers.

By your same "logic" though; Why then should any awa folk receive anything special via the "new company"? 😉
