I found his commentary demeaning to Flight Attendents and frankly he should know better living in the PIT metro area.
Having dealt with the media as part of my association with FFOCUS, most who do not have a national audience are stome cold hacks pure and simple and this gentlemans column is the current exhibit A to support that point of view.
