US Airways to go Cashless

Last time I drew my own money from an ATM the bank charged me 3 bucks. Last time I went to a sporting event I paid $70 for my seat, $10 to park, $14 for two beer and $4 for a slice of pizza. Nobody made me .... Don't worry you'll get use to it. 😀

So far we’ve got hospital rooms, the kind of restaurant that can charge $49 for a steak, and now going to a ball game.

What? We're going cashless? OMG! I better pick up some trips, I'm just short on what I need to buy that boat I've been eyeing! 😛

Seriously, thank God. Keeping track of the cash in a pain in the a$$. However this make me ponder the question. Why did management see fit to invest in Brinks machines for PHX if they were planning on going cashless? Why waste the money? Oh, wait, I better snap out of it. There I go again expecting the sand castle to do things that make sense. 🙄

you know what's even better about going cashless... the credit card machine can't actually get an approval until the machine is downloaded at the end of the flight, so it just assumes that it is valid credit card... just bring an old credit card that you no longer use, and drink away for free on the house...

If that happens they can try to charge the card that you purchased your ticket with. A smart thing would be to buy coupons for drinks when you either buy the ticket or get the boarding passes. But there I say a "Smart" thing.

Oh very true, BUT I think it will be YEARS before their system is smart enough to go back and charge the card you bought the ticket with. People are still getting double booked in the same seats...

try not to say smart things because smart and USAIR dont go together, you know like oil and vinegar lol the smart machine for the credit cards hmmm what happens when the pax cant be located or contacted that their cards didnt go thru
