I wonder , are we the most vocal airline on the entire internet ? If so is it merely a symptom of discontent :shock: or just a convergence of talkative people :lol: ?

Wow, I'm so proud, this brings a tear of joy to my eye. I'm so happy US got #1, this is such a happy........OK I can't even complete this without yacking!! 😀
 
All the posting and complaining....just goes to show how deep the troubles run here at this DUMP. :lol:
 
No Piney just offers the same ol' boring one liners. I have offered my opinion to the debate, so I guess he can't hit me with that. I would think that if someone hated an airline so much, they would stop posting on this forum and find another airline. Life would be better for both parties. I just flew recently, and I must say, it was a very nice experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will probably get flamed now, because I had something good to say about my flight experience. Flame on.

Well sorry to ruin your evening but I was flying US Airways when Dougweiser and Scooter got here and I'll be flying US Airways when they're gone. It's time for customers to stand up and speak up. Frequent or otherwise.

I've flown them recently too and the inflight experience was excellent. In fact if you look back you'll notice that my issues are not with front liners it's with those that purport to manage them. Res System, O/T preformance, Attitude towards customers are not front line issues.

It must be great to wake up everyday secure in the fact that you work for the worst airline in the US According to the DOT & Consumer Reports.
