This is shameful, it should be illegal to take ANYTHING away from someone who has qualified for retirement benefts from any company!

The general public has no idea what is happening to people in this industry, all they care about is their $29.00 fares.

i agree it should be illegal. if the pax want low fare while the employees suffer, then may be the govt or someone should step up to the plate and tell the consumers hey what will it be--low fares with little to no service or slightly higher fares with better service

Actually, a friend of mine who retired this past year from dividend miles dept , is only paying about 30 more dollars. Be thankful instead of being negative. She coulde have lost it all, which is what she thought was gonna happen!
