Wings, all that you have said may be well and good but it doesn't mean that we should all sit around and allow ourselves to be beaten and treated the way we do. I'm very pleased to hear they offering the VFLR's a return and hiring but that doesn't take away from the fact that we have a management team that treats employees as they do. While nobody wants to be hitting the pavement looking for work in this environment, people should stand firm on what is right and demand that they get it. That goes for the company AND the union alike.

It is my understanding that 8 West pilots took the 190. The rest have bypassed. Could be a few more or less.

Do not know about F/As, but I do know we still have east furloughed F/As who took recall West, still flying out on the West system, worked with one two trips ago. The point being, there might be some shuffling around allowed with F/As, I do not know for sure, or if that has already been worked out in prior F/A recall/vacancy bids.

The ones that were out West were allowed an opportunity to come back. This was part of involuntary furlough. They are no longer entitled to that. The last Inv recall, they had a choice, come back or resign from the East Side of Ops. They will retain their original seniority once the contract is combined, And at this rate ..

Its still going to be the same song and dance. New hires will be hired and yet people still will not be able to get their time in. Ive personally told people that have asked me about joining, that they really might want to rethink it. US has no direction what so ever!! There is no goal to shoot towards, no growth plan, no 5 year goal, or any goal for that matter. If it were the 3 majors hiring, id say go for it, but US, not so much!
