when should we see money spent on new seat ife in cabin update in 2008

I think the schedule is as follows:
Jan-April 2008 Talk about it.
May 2008 Scheduled test on one aircraft, but doesn't happen.
June- Oct 2008 No mention of it whatsoever.
November 2008 Choose cheapest, most out-of-date system possible, put it in a dozen aircraft. Do not test it first, just roll it out.
December 2008 Find out it causes epilepsy, is too small, or simply doesn't work.
January 2009 Disable system, but leave drak monitors on aircraft.
Feb- March 2009 No mention of it whatsoever.
April 2009 Announce deal with Home Shopping network to show on overhead monitors.
May 2009 Place airline up for sale, possibly on Home Shopping network.
