Ballot Point has a guarantee. If there is a challenge to the results, and the Dept of Labor agrees, then they will rerun the election. Ha ha ha ha.
That will not happen in this case, as the Co. and Judge will not allow it. IMO.

OK, here is my prediction.

NO votes get 52%, and Yes votes get 48% of all votes cast.

The results should've been available 12:01 this AM...
But i am sure there are requirements to verify before announcing the results!
