You should know better, Twice. You don't get "chances" in this business. You either have the committed dedication/passion for union representation; or you don't.

John has never supported AFA, never supported unions, and now will be happy to participate in taking your dues $$.

I had contact with him for many years. Know all about his self serving agenda. Worst person that could have been elected, IMO.

I have learned that many of the f/as are the most jaded, negative, whinny, "perfect", self serving individuals I have ever met.

If the company is laughing its because PHL the biggest base... didn't have enough interest in their elections and those that DID vote, voted in an anti-union f/a for president.

The PHL f/as just voted in Laura Albert via McCorkle. With 274 votes for John, Laura was voted in with around the same votes.

PHL gets the representation that they voted for and what they obviously deserve to have. :down:

This is bad news not only for the PHL fa/s but for the MEC as well. You guys just watch how this will work out... Laura will still be getting paid fpl from John McCorkle as his assistant with no accountability. That's the ticket. Laura got one up on all of you. John is not capable of making any headway with management, and I can assure you he has no credibility with the MEC. MAYBE,you guys will have another chance when his term is up July 2008.

I am out of this deal...been for quite a while. I only post my opinions, just like everyone else.

Don't go by what I say...time will show true colors. I know John and I know Laura. THey are very close. It was Laura who alerted Teddy X regarding the trouble John was in with the company a couple of years ago. Laura was not in the Local back in 2004. They have been very close friends for years, and she'll be in the local.

All the members have to do is ask for the fpl sheets at every local meeting. He has to bring the budget to every local meeting that is conducted.
