This is unfortunate. I guess most if not all work groups will get a letter like this 🙁 .So much for the twu saved our jobs. So much for the ironclad job security language. So much for climbing in bed with the company and they won't lay anyone off.

That letter reads like today's management style.
We dont know, but maybe, it could affect you but we are not sure, we are not done reveiwing, but we know an approximate date that you will be screwed, and we really do not know if this screwing temporary or permanent.
Basically, we are writing you to let you know, what we don't know. If you have questions, have your people call a meeting with our people, and given the right concessions, you may have nothing to worry about, but we just don't know.
Thank you for sacrifices of the past, but sorry we have some management cash and stocks to deal out, that we do know.

What problem are you referring to - our pathetic dues collection agency? :blink:And your proposed solution to this problem?

Okay, that problem it is. Answer would be it is up to overhaul to decide the rest of ours fate. The line is still ready to bail out yesterday. To what, most of them could care less at this point, as long as it's not the twu.I guess if you want to put it that way.

There was a bunch of interest in the Teamsters when they bailed out of the AFL-CIO, that has since died down. AMFA could still get 90%+ of the AMT cards on the line, but who knows in overhaul. And finally there are some who suggest going the route of the pilots and F/A's and starting a union, although they probally never looked at the cost of doing that.If it's not the TWU then who? Hey, it sort of ryhmes! 🙂
