Pay checks will initially be mailed TO YOUR HOME. If you have loans withdrawn from your credit union, they will need to be covered by funds in your account or a quick dollar dance will need to be made. Check on it.

so what about my direct deposit?

just friggin great.
These idiots coulndt find their A$$ with both hands!

hmmm...i dont think direct deposit is affected. havnt seen anything concerning that.

Hope you are right. I expect the worst. No direct deposit...no fly, simple as that. Will have to take a day off to drive to the credit union to deposit said check, not even including the days waiting for it to be delivered. I have no inside info..but that said, let me plug Clearview (formally known as the USAIR Credit Union)..they have ALWAYS stepped up to the plate in adverse situations, and covered everyone's bets. I would guess that to be true of PI CU or PSA CU, if there was such an institution. Also to note....I elected direct deposit a few days after I was hired, over 20 years ago. And despite 4 previous mergers, 911, and 2 BKs...have NEVER missed a direct deposit. Someone would have had to have been drinking to screw this up. Best, Greeter.

Here's the deal... the FIRST paycheck will be mailed to your home. Thence paychecks will be direct deposited, if set up that way. The FIRST, repeat the FIRST paycheck under the new payroll system will be mailed to the address listed with USAirways as your home address.

OK.. will my profit sharing be included in that? Separate check? Anyone? Throw us a bone here.....

:mf_boff:

They're trying to make us feel like we're craaaaazy....... I'm not crazy, I'm not crazy... I'm a good person, I'm not crazy..... ..

Thanks. No direct deposit. No fly. Pass that along. Greeter.

The company will find that there will be MANY and I do mean MANY flight attendants NOT working. So what are we to do? Do they think that GMAC will give a SH!T about this? Do they think the other bills deducted directly from my account will care? This is absolute BS and I WILL NOT be at work. I will be sitting at home waiting for my check and marching my A$$ to the credit union to deposit it. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. They were going to tell the inflight group about this WHEN? This new management is complete and utter A$$HOLES.

Guys, the way I am reading the letter to the pilots and fa's about this payroll change is that the "stub" for our paychecks will continue to come in the mail, as they always have. It says nothing about direct deposit being affected, just the changed layout of the check stub we receive each pay period, and the fact that it will continue to be delivered via US mail. The letter does not say anything about the status of direct deposit being affected whatsoever. Am I missing something? Hmm..... 😱
