Case in point, ATA airlines had a deal with AirTran for AirTran to by assests from ATA, WN and HP got involved, HP dropped out and the court decided that WN's bid was better then AirTran's and WN got the assets as they bid more and offered more then AirTran.

This is an anonymous front making the offer. It's quite common to do that, so as to avoid paying more for the business than necessary.

It's not Bronner's decision. He has already lost his investment in the company, barring some stroke of fate.

And it's not your cash. It belongs to the creditors...they are contractually owed money. You may have a moral claim to the cash, but bankruptcy laws don't look at that.
