What happened to "Phase II" at FLL?

Best of luck to you. More talented employees this company is chasing away...

Ringmaruf,

Thanks for the words. I do my best to service our airline & its passengers as if it were my own. My problem has been, according to others, I'm too "pro-customer". My background, in a nutshell, is supervisor @ a hub for a United Express carrier, then trainer for them (opened up a few stations for them... one of them was in the middle of winter in the upper midwest... *brr*), got noticed and offered a job to help a 135 Charter go Scheduled, became their Revenue Mgr including Interline, Yield, Sales, Marketing, etc. Got this lil airline into "city you mention". Owner made a few goofs, paycuts across board that kept happening, and I saw my pay drop nearly 200%. PSA offered me a job, great pay, and almost 10A-6P hours.

Before the job with FCA, I was a Premier Executive (avg 80k miles a year) for 3 years with United and I saw how I was mistreated by employees and noticed that many of my fellow ELITE frequent flyers appreciated certain things.

So I applied them to my work here @ USAirways, but it just isn't enough. I try to find creative ways to help our customers, and even personally thank all US1/2/3's for their business as we board (there was a US1/FFOCUS member on Flyertalk who even noticed this and praised us for it). Many of our employees across the board have noticed this & other habits, and I've kinda got a nice lil reputation 😛 *plus i've been able to throw our employees on other airlines for free when our flights were restricted*

But I've dug my own grave at USAirways, and I can't blame anyone but myself. I'd love to have put in for Interline Manager (friend who is in that position is NOT transferring, mentioned it to me), but after my boss pinned me about my posts here I was informed my future at this airline was over, so I'll be jumping ship to an American Connection airline (once the deal is done)

I think it's the idea of sending lots of expensive planes to Florida, a place where yields are massively depressed by all sorts of price-sensitive LCC competition, and other airlines are already firmly entrenched.
