Will Doug take his chances with an arbitrator regarding LOA 93 and the end of happy hour wages? When/if he loses what incentive is there to fast track a CBA? The west will be near the bottom of wages while East rightly gets back to regular wages.

If I were Doug I'd settle REALLY soon with the East so we can all move on to a joint CBA.

This will probably be closed as it really falls under the Pilot labor thread issues, but perhaps Doug will adopt USAPA's stance that a "final and binding" arbrator's decision doesn't really mean "final and binding" after all....
