Which One?

That's not true. US Airways used Qik (renamed CARE) in Reservations even in the PACER days. With the groovy 16 key aux keypad....

It was really easy to learn the HP system when switching to HP. There is no auxiliary keypad though. Left hand on regular keyboard operates just like the aux keypad. One thing I'd like to get from U though is just putting in the FF number and getting the name and phone already in the res. We still put FF number in seperately. I do like HP system a lot better. Much easier to do reissue and add collect. Which every agent does. Also we are all trained international. Though I still hate international I can do it. We will soon be all trained in FF also. But we do seperate between sales and service. Though I think we would all like to combine that. Not much transferring here.

SABRE has already approched HP about their systems and were told that they are wanting too much money and to try again. SABRE has several intergrated systems that several area utilize, as does SHARES with HP. Once again, if it doesn't make financial sense HP is not going to go with them, "just because it is easier". QIK transition from even native SABRE based knowledge is very easy and quickly learned.

SHARES is easier for the front line, but is limited in its sub-systems, unless more money is produced to support them. Oh, well........6:1234/12mayphx-smith ...whoopy!
