I do not believe the company would want a strike on their hands if the judge allowed the company to impose ever further garbage on the membership..
This scenario would have to involve a union that had some guts to "press to test" the labor law and call the judges bluff...AND a membership that knew the meaning of solidarity...The way it stands now, This membership deserves everything they get, [and don't get.]

You want the truth.. The union would call a strike and no one would show up.. With all the laid off people from US Airways they would have a line at the door waiting to get in..
The union has no teeth.. A no vote would prove nothing just like a yes vote will prove nothing.. Its a lose lose no matter what.. No one would strike.. The vast majority would cross and go to work.
