If it’s part of the IAM contract, why wouldn’t you get a pay raise?

It’s sad that 1/2 of a union would get a raise and the other won’t. Not to mention sick, holiday etc etc ........

1) 8 year top out
2) cross utilization
3) IAM side doesn’t get raise at amendable date.

Does IAM have it in contract, that there is a 3% raise every year past amendable date.

No. Our IAM AGC said that he agreed to waive the 1.5% future increase and give the company cross utilization to help the merger become seamless. Thanks IAM.

So Tim Nelson is correct and then devil said FAKE NEWS, then posted the way I read it is,

LUS got a 1.5% pay raise 9/2017 and extended amendable date to 9/2018 and no raises after that.
