recent termination?
Some one was given their walking papers..not by her choice..🙁

so now we are very short staffed..amazing 1 person DOES make a difference..

How can she not be replaced, by a furloughed employee earlier this year?

Corporate is trying to have their employees drop on site. they keeping saying we are OVER by 2! Bull...

1_ Heavy Summer Travel

2_ Only 2 VR

3_ Am shift , and streamline boarding

4_ Irreg Ops

5_ T/C staffed with 2 inc supervisor

Don't know if this has anything to do with your situation, but...

My area is seeing downsizing to the extreme even though the flights remain consistent. A CSR with over 30 years was cut from 38 to 20 hours a week. That seems a bit extreme in my opinion. And it is affecting all others, too!

Sad but true.
 
IMO it's the same way in our station. They do NOT care about you or me & IF we continue to get the job done nothing will change.

I can't speak for other units, but where I work we are short & overworked every day.
 
Ah yes the old Adage, only thing corporate UNDERSTANDS are DELAYS.

That depends sometimes the termination can be educational to the employee group if it is not personal

And since the topic is management terminating employees and not replacing them caution needs to be exercise.
 
spineless mgr will get the nod, maybe from manpower dept..if he will
fill the vacant slot..another spineless puppet that shakes nods and asks how high and what day would you like me to jump!
