PIT can go "Tango Uniform" any time the company may choose. They are no longer listed as a protected station.

The CBA states that PIT will have Heavy Maintenance at least through the end of the contract January 2011.

Your right base maintenance is listed along with GSE and plant maintenance in the CBA. So there is some protection for PIT.
