oh my...

Tough act with 48 votes......you know that.
60 votes is a Democratic Republic way, 50 +1 is a Democracy.
O'scare was passed w/o 60 votes.
GOP entered something like 123 amendments to the democrat 'my way or the highway' O'scare bill with no joy.

The "60 vote rule" is pretty much nothing more than a gentlemen's agreement. There is nothing in the constitution mentioning more than a simple majority, save for impeachment and overriding a veto. Democrats have overlooked it on court appointees, and republicans overlooked it in teh Gorsuch vote.

If O'care passed with less than 60, then O'repeal should pass the same way. But they don't even try. They whine that they don't have a filibuster proof Senate. Change it. Let the country, especially those folks in "flyover country" see what they elected and how it impacts them.

Sean Hannity Was Apoplectic Over The FBI Raid Of Michael Cohen. Now We Know Why.
Oh my...

Cohen has done legal work for just three clients since leaving his position last year as counsel for Trump’s private company. It was previously reported that the first two clients were the president and GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy.

Broidy had an affair with a former Playboy model. She became pregnant during their relationship, and Cohen helped arrange payments to her to keep her quiet.

On Monday, Cohen’s lawyer revealed that Hannity was Cohen’s third, secret client, although it’s unclear what the nature of the work was.

Cohen is under federal criminal investigation for possible bank fraud, wire fraud and campaign finance violations in connection with his business dealings. The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan is handling the case. Mueller, who is investigating Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election, referred the matter to the U.S. attorney’s office but has not been involved since.

Hard to accomplish with 48 votes.

Somebody is lying. Sean Hannity's statement that he never used Cohen's abilities as a lawyer, never paid him any money, never received a bill from him does not sound like he fits the definition of a client. (Particularly that business of never being billed. From a lawyer?o_O) So, either Hannity is lying about the relationship or Cohen's lawyer lied to a Federal judge as to who the 3rd client is. But, then if Hannity did not have a lawyer client relationship with Cohen, why was he so anxious to keep his name unknown in relationship to Cohen? If a relationship does not exist, there is no attorney-client privilege to invoke. The Constitution does not protect non-existent things.

Yes, its going to be a s%!Tshow, for sure.
Who knows? I have tendency to believe Hannity.
On with the show... o_O

Cohen being forced to name him is a violation of atty/client privilege.
Nobody seems too concerned at whats happening to privacy with this investigation.

Special prosecutor is supposed to have some basic evidence of a crime before he goes hog wild.

What crime was his start and what did he find?

How did Gorsuch get confirmed? And where the rule has already changed a couple of times. Democrats did it for federal judges and republicans did it for Supreme Court nominees. Just change it again. Republicans really need to see exactly what they elected.

I think it was a good choice. Stacking the court with lefty's never is a good idea. Right with Constitutional supporting judges is whats best for the country.

The dems wanna f**k with the rules......reap what you have sown.

Got a Trump red phone tonight.......Gorsuch may be the first SCOTUS justice to be fired.

But....they had to use a "nuclear option". I searched the constitution to find a reference to this "nuclear option" and I just wasn't able to. Because Republicans took advantage of the democrats use of it in 2013...They made a change and said that federal judgeships didn't need a 60 vote majority for federal judges. Republicans upped the ante and said they didn't need 60 votes for a SC justice. So....what's stopping them from saying "screw the 60 votes...let's give people what they voted for" and use the "nuclear option" to repeal Obamacare. They might actually have gotten the 3 REPUBLICAN votes they needed since those republicans saw that the "replacement" that they had 7 years to work on was WORSE than Obamancare.

Hoo ha ha ha.....finally, Hannity is caught.

What was his response?
I must tell you, sir.....in this bold, new age, the woman is a sex worker.....not a whore.
Dell, you are talkng to an old salt here that knows a whore when he sees one! .......And she is an admitted whore looking for more money and her fifteen minutes of fame that will say, or do, anything to get what she wants.
