Don't expect AA to do much. A guy I worked with that retired a couple of years ago was a registered sex offender and was listed on the website as a "Habitual" offender. He was never disciplined by AA nor was he ever fired for being a perv. So if you check to see if this guy is still on the payroll in a year or so I would guess you'd still find him. Pretty sad.
An Ex girlfriend made me aware of those websites you'd be surprised how many of those pervs are out there and how close they are to you. Sometimes one of those dirt bag motels can have 10 of them living there at once and just looking at a map they don't seen to far from the local schools. At least you guys in TX and OK have the death penalty and use it
Thinking deep here. What if he was flying on AA as benefit, employee pass, and all this came out while flying on employee pass, is that not a good enough reason for AA to fire him? I would think so. AA is more than likely looking for any good reasons to release this employee, because who knows what he might be doing on flights ibn the lavs during flights. AA can not risk to keep employing this individual. It should end up in jail, I mean if we were caught filming (without permission) any little girls and women while undressed or whatever, pretty sure we would end up in jail. For the mere fact that he filmed an under aged child he should be sent to jail, then make it public to all the inmates why he's there, he'll get what coming to him.

You guys all seem to be in favor of firing someone who is just accused and not convicted... I agree he's a dirtbag, but everyone deserves a chance to be proven guilty before they're fired...
I'd guess he's already been placed on leave because he's a flight risk.
Apparently, this isn't his first trip to jail, either. There's a similarly named and age individual who had a 1998 charge for indecent exposure in Surprise, AZ... And yet, he passed a background check, presumably with America West since he's been in PHX that long...
Give it time. Once he's convicted, he's gone.

Unfortunately, once they serve their time, then need to live somewhere and they need employment. I am not defending them, nor would I like one as my neighbor, but as a practical matter these creeps gotta go somewhere as life in prison would be rare for this F/A's alleged offenses.
Not so quick there. There is a FSC at JFK, or at least there was, who was reinstated from termination following his conviction for child porn. That's right good 'ol 501 grieved his termination and a really, really questionable arbitrator brought him back.
