I have only one thing to say about this...

You spent months and hundreds of posts in this very forum engaged in exchanges with an alias named “Josh”, (Who claims he is a passenger, and Financial Officer) discussing how corrupt and inept the IAM is. You both cajoled each other, and posted fake Q and A’s all designed to discredit the IAM.

Explain to me how Josh is worthy of being recognized as an “insider” to Fleet Service when we are not? I can tell you why... Josh supports your agenda, so he is immune from persecution... correct?

Hypocrisy can be added to megalomania in your resume...
as I said, very very few active fleet members are here.  regardless of who they support

The membership needs the leadership to be more forthtelling. Especially answering simple questions that don't entrap anyone as you know.  The membership has a right to see the proposals from management and the union as well.  Nobody is prepared to strike as nobody knows what the hell is going on other than the ultimatum strategy has brought negotiations to a grinding halt with management offering less and less.
Tim,

If you ever paid attention you would have noticed that it has been posted that DP has said that we can have the AA contract as written or put it where we want but it has to equal the same as AA. So how in the f**k are we supposed to get AA wages and better scope as you keep saying when the Company refuses to bargain in good faith?

How about instead of giving the Company an ultimatum we say something like, um, golly gee could we um get you to please consider um giving us um AA wages if you think that is ok. Only if that is ok though and um please protect our jobs if um that isn't too much to ask for. WTF Nelson, do you ever think before you post? Do I need to go dig up all of your posts where you state we have all the leverage and that we should stick to our guns and not accept anything less? You are truly a piece of work.

Nelson, you friggin'  hypocrite!

I'll tell you what, post a message to Josh here in this public forum that you are done with him, as he is NOT an IAM Member in Good Standing...
Further, after you do this, never respond to him again. If you are NOT willing to do any of this, then you are the hypocrite I just called you!

You tell us; you're on the NC.

Seriously, what is the IAM doing to push back a little? I'm not seeing much of anything that will get either AH or DP's attention.

As for everyone else, WGAF if Tim & Josh are one and the same? I don't think they are, but watching everyone foam at the mouth thinking about it is like watching a dog chase it's tail. Knock it off already, and focus on the argument(s) at hand.

BTW, if Tim is the threat to solidarity some think he is, what does that say about the current state of the union?

P.S. ROA-- You have a lot of time in the game. You don't owe me a damn thing, but it would be nice if you could at least sorta act like the elder statesman your seniority affords.

Just a quick question for NYer....

I have observed that you spend an incredible amount of time and energy in this forum, almost as much time as Tim spends on it...

Now, one thing I know for certain about human psychology, is that no one spends time and/or energy engaged in activities with no meaning, or purpose... except possibly the clinically insane! What exactly are your goals in terms of accomplishment here in this forum? I’m not challenging you, or disrespecting you... I’m just attempting to discern what your motivations are...

Are you a TWU Leader?
The more recent engage each other and learn from each others experience the better we can navigate the course towards the best deal we can all eventually get. I try not to give emotional answers or or if view but just facts and experience we've accumulated over the years.

Kev,

We just picketed last week in 5 stations and plan to add more stations in the future along with hand billing passengers. TWU put out a letter of support and I continue to brief in breakrooms to try to garner support for a strike if we ever get to that point. There are other plans that are being discussed which I can't comment on now.

The post to Nelson was pointing at the flip flopping he continues to do. He'll post today what his thoughts are and 2 months from now he thinks the total opposite and needs to be called on it.

I hear ya. Getting info out to the masses is a good thing (and not always easy to do), and I can only hope that both continues and ramps up in the immediate future.

p rez  are you all going to eventually go to all the mainline cities and brief us    that would add a lot more support i would imagine
