Since at the moment there haven't been any updates. I found this tube of 700, Josh and Tim and thought I would share it. Have a sense of humor you three.

You made the statement "Tim speaks the truth"

If you dont prove it then it is just your opinion and you know what they say about opinions.

And I have proven over and over and others about Tim's lies and your own.
I'll tell you at Cafe Versailles.

I'm sorry. I'm having my left leg sawed off just above the knee next week.

Let me see if have this right...

Tim Nelson has an “insider” conveying information to him (and him only) from either the Company, or the Union, Now let’s analyze this... everyone on the Union side is MADE to sign a LEGAL document (Non-Disclosure Agreement) strictly prohibiting the release of information from negotiations. Breaching this agreement, could result in heavy fines and/or prosecution for anyone found guilty of this “leaking” of information.

Now... I’m supposed to believe this “brave informant” is willing to further risk his own personal reputation, financial prosperity, and freedom, by posting “leaked” information on a website that absolutely creates a PUBLIC record for any investigator to see, and/or utilize against the informer.

I’m sorry... I’m not buying this bullshit!

And to take this even further... this inside informant called “wikileaks” is willing to place his own neck on the line legally/criminally... just to prove Nelson’s argument that the current Leadership is corrupt, inept, and should be replaced. I guess I'm also expected to believe he is more or less a martyr, willing to forfeit a six figure salary by throwing himself under the bus for Nelson!

This is so absurd; it belongs in pulp fiction paperback!

The merger isnt dead, its just reached an obstacle, and the normal Section 6 negotiations intent for the IAM is a bridge agreement on the table is about $36 an hour for a mechanic, an extra week of vacation, full sick pay no matter what you have in your bank, .40 increase in the pension which would bring the multiplier to $104 for a mechanic and a few other things.

Then head in JCBA if and when there is a merger.

Lets see $86 per month per years of service is better than you having to use your own money in a 401K to retire.

And on the table is $104 multiplier right now.

No one at US has a DBP except IAM members.

And ask the former NW agents who lost $1400 a month in their retirement because they are no longer union.

Wow you are so smart.

I guess you haven't read any of the negotiating updates.

The negotiating committee is staying strong and wont waiveron it.

On the table is a 10% raise is what they are asking for, 3% was all ready given in July so now its 7%. $1.50 increases in each licence and shift differential increases.

I guess you haven't realized that the IAM has asked to be released.

How are those section 6 negotiations going over at WN and how long have you been in talks?
