Tim Nelson has an “insider” conveying information to him (and him only) from either the Company, or the Union, Now let’s analyze this... everyone on the Union side is MADE to sign a LEGAL document (Non-Disclosure Agreement) strictly prohibiting the release of information from negotiations. Breaching this agreement, could result in heavy fines and/or prosecution for anyone found guilty of this “leaking” of information.
 
Now... I’m supposed to believe this “brave informant” is willing to further risk his own personal reputation, financial prosperity, and freedom, by posting “leaked” information on a website that absolutely creates a PUBLIC record for any investigator to see, and/or utilize against the informer.

The only bullshit is from you and the dopes you support.  They cast aside 2 items.  They are in a jam and seem to be panicking in the wrong way.  They either need to get their collective #### together or get the hell out of the way and allow others to come in and clean up the big mess they created.  Just terrible.  Not even getting AMR wages until later.  WTH?  Bailing out on scope JUST LIKE I SAID THEY WOULD and signing a fender bender Cindy date prior to amendable date, and a no layoff is just band aid stuff and punting all of our leverage away.

Tim. Do u know for a fact that our NC team are bailing out on scope and not even close to AMR wages? If that is true, I have a gut feeling it would be shot down and not by a small margin... secondly id imagine there are preventive measures to keep things hush hush while theyre in negotiations

The beast you are talking about has done nothing to me, but the ones in office who represent me who have not processed grievence's or held station visits are the one's I am not voting for on June 12th. Just like my local politicians if you don't do your job you don't get my vote.

You never said it was for fleet or M&R, you stated you never address what was on the table with the NC and I refuted what you posted.

The time has come to challenge your knowledge of (ahem) “contractual information”... since everything you claim has been “tabled, discussed, and agreed to” thus far in DFW  may very well become a contract if ratified!
 
Tell me exactly where we are now on the following items. Please include ALL applicable articles and LOA’s to support you argument.
 
Wages: Reveal the entire proposed tentative chart, with ALL progressions for all seniority scenarios...
 
Recognition and Scope: Reveal every applicable article, and any LOA(s) in the proposal...
 
Duration: When is the proposed agreement amendable, is there language that triggers Transition Talks?
 
Medical: Are there any changes to the existing language in the proposal?
 
Retirement: Please outline the entire proposal language here regarding any 401k matches, pension contributions, etc. (percentages and dollar amounts please)
 
We will compare your answers to the actual Tentative... “IF” it is in fact reached anytime soon! My bet is you won’t provide any detailed information!
