There was no progress at US until the last two sessions, the board makes the ruling, not the IAM and not US, and AH stated there was no more room for improvement, when Gerry came in to the talks movement started to happen and that is why there has been two sessions since a third one now on the books.
 
The Chairwoman of the NMB is controlling the talks and is directly involved.

 
Not saying the timeline is like UA, I'm saying the IAM negotiators are folding like at UA.

Rat, you have to realize that those predictions were on paper for all to read !!! To me thats not a prediction. Thats a fact written on paper. He may be predicting the events of our NC but it's not on paper yet. His info is from someone who is feeding info about negotiations to him for a purpose! 
 
 Do you trust either of them ?????  I don't...  one is using and the other is being used. Lets wait to see the TA. Thats why i want to compare what TN thinks he knows to the actual TA...its been over 2 weeks since the last meeting, so where's all this info on a TN Term sheet? If they haven't talked since then, why hasn't he come out with it yet ?

The T/A hasn't came out for one reason and one reason only!! Because the negotiating team believes we're not quite there yet. Hopefully this next session we will get there. You spreading just more of your B.S. That's the only thing people need to remember, is we don't have an agreement yet. That's the only reason. Your getting pretty desperate spinning even negotiation to try and give yourself a better shot at a election. Good news is. Most people are seeing right through you!!

A release is very hard to get in the airline industry, so your really going on a limb by playing the odds. We always told people this, and we explained that we were pushing for a release.
