DFWFSC,

Not true, the only thing we said is that the outsourcing employees doing AA work were not welcome in our breakrooms. I personally would not have any problem with these guys and gals getting home to PHX where they belong but how to do so is being discussed by the International's of both the TWU and IAM. I do not have any authority to make this decision.

Here in MIA outsourced work is performed by Eulen America and Swissport. They are not welcome in our breakrooms. Usair IAM members have been very welcome to share whatever we can offer them here though. Good guys BTW.

Eulen America is one of the not so bad outsourcers, especially compared to Air Wisconsin. Of course it would be best in soured.

PRez,

Dont we already have furloughed AA guys working with US FSAs in PHX?  I thought I someone mentioned a few of them were in their recent new hire classes?
If you have anyone at the moment who has hired on with Usair they have done so straight off the street then with no agreements. Essentially a new hire with recall rights to a former company would be the way to look at it.

You are so full of crap it's laughable.  You let management do everything out in PHX and ALL of your members know it.  Having our members go through AA training and working AA metal at reduced rates is also a joke.  The question remains, what has Delaney's team done in 6 years other than screw up contracts on every carrier?  The members want to know.

Bottom line is that with you management flunkies, the attendance policy was not arbitrated and everything from that point onward has been "Ill ask Management"   Nobody can tell where the union starts and management ends.  We are paying you so get up off your ass and do something, Cripes, you guys are lazy as hell and think you can just collect $100,000+ a year and become a management mouthpiece.
Tim,

Dirty politics is all you know and I wonder why so many people that I have met say the same thing about you? I personally have not trusted you since the 3rd or 4th phone call that you made to me after AW and US merged. Why? Googled you because something didn't seem right and found out about AGW. Funny how I figured you out in such a short time period.

Try something for the rest of this political season, and that is not throwing BS against the wall to see if it will stick. Try to win without feeling the need to slander.

Thanks,

Some of our Union officials don't believe we should fraternize with our enemies (sub contractors) I think that's a bad tactical error personally. I believe in two rules, undermine and subvert. I constantly talk to them to tell them how much I make over them for doing the same job. The idea is to make them jealous enough that they want the same thing and may seek out representation of their own. If they are able to accomplish that then they are no longer a threat to my job because eventually they may no longer be cost effective to employ.

Any time I engage one of them it's hilarious because a member of their management always tries to figure out a way to get them away from me. By now they may even have pictures of me. Again subvert.

One time I even walked into their breakroom uninvited for no reason just to see how they would react. 3 managers came running ASAP. "Can we help you" No, just looking around. "Sir you can't be in here" OK. And I kept walking around anyway. They didn't know what to do.

So how would "just a passenger"  know about the quality of work from a vendor?

Does anyone else find this interesting or shall I say someone isnt who he claims?

Wow, you got some nerve.

You blindly defend someone yet you claim you dont work for AA, US nor are you an IAM nor a TWU member.

You are pathetic, a liar, a fraud and the master of misinformation.

Who annotated you board moderator and the Defended of Tim when you have ZERO connection to anything here?
700, you have zero connectin to anything here

Another blind supporter of timmie.

I do have a connection, I worked the ramp for PI/US, I was Utility, then Stores, my son's mother is still out there, and I worked out there for 20 years.

So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Actually, AA started this in JFK and TWU employees are working our metal there.
When did HP actually staff JFK Pat? I remember TWA handling them at Terminal 5 in the early 90's,moved to Delta Terminal 3 and Dynair in the late 90's.

"Your" metal has been vendored at JFK for at least 15 years,if not longer. There is no comparison between a station which has historically been outsourced and one that has been outsourced for less than 5 years.

Like I said, you have zero in this. If your ex is still working, she has something in this. Your past doesn't count. You have no ID to get on airport property, no say at the union hall, no say in the breakrooms, your just a washed up airline employee who wished he still had an airline job.......................blah, blah, blahhhhhhhhhhhh

normal pax just don't care about what goes on just as long as they and their bags get to their destination!

JFK,

We are not talking about AW, US was staffed in JFK up until 5 years or so ago I believe. I have been told that the goal is to get rid of vendors where either AA or US has employees which I think is good. Brings jobs to Union members.

Exactly. It's irrelevant when any station was outsourced be it 5 years ago or last week for that matter. If either side is performing work that according to our respective CBA's we are no longer entitled to at the moment it should be looked on as a good thing.

The Company may even change aircraft call signs around in the future to keep us from some work. That is something THEY can do and we shouldn't be fighting amongst each other if it happens.
