We are going to put a senseless beating on the 141falling team. They will now suffer the consequences of being management flunkies coughing up our craft to management for 6 years.  Judgement day and they will have themselves to blame for such terrible political pain they will experience. Charlie Brown, Prez, Fairbanks, Simmons, Miller all need to finally pack it in and consider either buying new uniforms or going into management.  Well, Miller is actually not a management flunkie, he is pro worker, just a bobblehead.  The rest should consider management after the beating.

Tim  all of the candidates that you have posted on here are so far are UA    Can you list the US folks that are running?    I do have concerns for if the UA folks get in and the loss of US folks on your slate for U4C     One concern would be for arbitration and griveances  if the UA folks get in that pretty well screws the US side    as far as it looks to me  correct me if im wrong  but thats how i see it now if the majoritiy folks UA get into 141 U4C

I don't think anyone has to go to phx to realize that you run a loose ship there.  We have phx guys here who tell us that the union is non existent and allows management to threaten employees all the time.  Is it also true that management does work in phx as well?

If the employee lets management threaten them and doesn't tell a Union rep then it is on the employee. I will back any employee being harassed by management at any time if I know about it. No, management does not do our work, we have always fought that.

none of our agc's are going to represent you.  Do you know who does arbitrations?  AGCs do.   There are the same amount of agcs on both slates.  By my count you have nelson, calabrese, valdez on the one slate, and simmons, Fairbanks, and rezler on the other slate. Equal amount of slots.

I would think you would be more proactive than sitting and waiting for an employee to file a grievance.  Who is getting paid here?  Blaming the members isn't the way to get this resolved if it is happening, and if management is performing work then it reflects on your leadership.
 
Sitting around and waiting for that is like daring someone to file a grievance and then subjecting the person to intimidation.  Poor answer on your part.

I fully understand your interest of tossing the US AIRWAYS brothers and sisters under the bus so your group can gain the work.  My interest is US AIRWAYS and as far as I'm concerned, your group isn't going to touch any of our metal and we need to keep everything separate.  If you are worried about AMR workers laid off then talk to the TWU.

I'll give you poorly worded. I brief in breakrooms not to put up with BS from management and I do talk to people so if not brought up it is hard to fight.

I worked with your ramp manager well over a decade ago, he was a brutal manager then and if he hasn't mellowed, I can see him harrasing the phx employees.

Delaney asked everyone to turn in cell phones to see who has been leaking info to me. Wiki was wise to that and notified me through other modes. That said, he notified me thru a third party that he regretfully has to stop giving me info cuz he apparently is paranoid about being busted. Of note, charlie brown was the apparent ring leader who lost his cool and backed delaney over the witch hunt.

Wiki is legit.
