Actually, after putting up with you and yours, and the antics, for the past 8 years, I would like to see the young pilot candidates (in the dark blue suits sitting the CLT Training Center cafeteria looking pensive and nervous) all go ahead of you and yours.  But luckily for you and yours, I don't rule the world.

Antics? Your side agreed to a process and we are the bad guys for expecting you to live up to agreements? It makes me wonder why we have arbitrations? It's not an arbitration issue, it's a character issue. I'd keep that in mind if I was with the APA. What if they (Usapians) don't get what they want again? Looking at the history, I'd expect more problems from the malcontents.

That's why Leonidas is here to stay long after USAPA is gone.

Thanks for the help with the fundraising. It's been a BONUS month.

That's merely management shuffling/marking territority/etc which hardly serves to surprise, and has nothing whatsoever to do with any aspect of "trust" among line pilots or unions. The APA and USAPA are necessarily in somewhat adversarial positions, both seeking the best for their own. Trust isn't any issue within such proceedings. I'd not thought even "you'se" could be that truly stupid, little westie "spartan", but life sometimes surprises anyone. 😉

With all the incumbent east chief pilots out of office, it looks as though the company is getting ready to nip a potential meltdown when the SLI process doesn't go USAPAs way.

Yes, the signing bonus and the back pay made it easy to give Ferggie and Koontz another chance at keeping the LLC alive. A "bonus" month for them indeed. 😀

That's awesome.  This is NOT an east/west thing.  In my opinion we have a great CP's office which reflects the CP, Ken himself.  Good news for the west, the company and those on the east, that will eventually move west.
