So, I read the latest uscaba update.
Funny stuff. What's the matter scabs? Not feeling the love during SLI protocol meetings?
I suspect you are being told to go Fudge yourself, hence the need for the reassuring update.
I also suspect that once the West merger committee members resign, that will pretty much put an end to the scabs having any influence in the future.
Of course they will be represented, but nobody is going to bother listening.
Looks like Nic and the AMR pilots list will be merged, and my time here is almost over!
Another incredibly stupid rant.

I just want what I brought to the merger: 320 captain seat and attrition into the 330 😉
Sounds good to me!
Remember, arbitration is strong evidence of a fair result!
What you get is locked in PHX, right seat and hanging with Malcom. Pay close attention.

Sounds like a wannabe thing. So bid it already. What's stopping you? There's no need to futiley try to impress me, (and may Allmighty God help and protect any/all passengers "you'se" ever carry).

Umm..per the "An IQ of at best 120"? Are you seriously letting that go unchallenged? Are "you'se" then truly, just a virtual and admitted, relative moron?  I'd had my very reasonable suspicions, but really?  Do you imagine any arbitrator could "slot" you into 30-70 points more? (hardly such "impossible" numbers as "you'se" might imagine)...No? 😉...Well folks: We must all now be truly thankful for "affirmative action" and hiring quotas, after all..who'd ever want people actually qualified, or even reasonably intelligent, to take any jobs?

Ah, drunkie is going off again on his IQ.  What's your number?  Provide proof.

I just read the MC update and do find it a bit disconcerting. It seems to lack confidence in the process and smacks of desperation. The fact that the APA hasn't agreed to a protocol that USAPA says is clearly outlined in MB indicates that the APA has no intention of allowing USAPA to be part of the SLI. My guess is that this protocol stuff is delayed until we get APA on property and they will then take over the entire process with the backing of Silver's ruling.

This does to bode well for us in he east and, realistically, it looks like it's headed for the NIC-like integration I predicted months ago. It wouldn't surprise me if the APA used the award itself once it takes over the process but I think those odds are low.

It's obvious USAPA MC is a non-player. As to how the east will be represented in the upcoming SLI is an interesting question.

Edit: I received a PM stating that the west MC members have resigned after requesting a west seat at SLI and being denied. That doesn't help USAPA.

Are you as weird as Malcom Crimp? I hear so.
Oooohhh.....shiiiiiiiiittttt!!!!!!!

I guess you need to learn the difference between "weird" and eccentric.

kiwi is eccentric.....you are a SCAB....and FUKU is a "weird" group of scabs about to be piled on the trash heap of labor history!

No actually it is headed to court, the protocol agreement update I believe layed out the situation perfectly!

Your group is a strange one. You remind us of kiwi.

Well, with no West participation at the SCAB union, looks like the only course of action will be to abide by the MOU, get single carrier status, have the APA be the bargaining rep, then enter into a MB SLI in which all "interested parties" are provide a voice to be heard.

My guess is the APA structures it so the east and West have separate reps, kinda like the TWA pilots got in the STL base closure grievance arbitration.

So, pretty much will be the Nic. once in front of an arbitration panel, and the parties to the Nic are there in front of the panel, and the SCABs have exactly ZERO reason why a never vacated, company accepted seniority list should now be rewritten to allow the to continue to SCAB jobs.

Court? Now that's funny.

USAPA: We disagree with the APA because they were complying with Judge Silver's ruling.

Headed to court?

Who is suing? And for what?

Oh, and what happened to that lawsuit the east mec filed when the Nic came out?

Seriously MM, do you really believe that the SCAB union will be allowed to represent once it is decertified as the CBA?

Let me put it to you this way.....the West wants no part of uscaba, once decertified uscaba will have absolutely ZERO legal claim for any CBA function regarding the West, and the West would have the Mother of all lawsuits if forced to be represented by a FORMER bargaining agent already proven to be hostile toward it's West membership.
