Your side keeps arguing that APA will avoid liability at all costs. Another possibility is that they will take a calculated risk if they feel confident that they can defeat a DFR challenge. If a formula is agreed to first, then it will apply to all 3 lists. No final list until all three parties are combined using one formula. So why would APA prefer the Nic model? Current and recent furloughs at AA constitutes a large number and until recently they were in bankruptcy. The Nic rewards financial condition and career expectations while stapling furloughees and depreciating longevity. A DOH/LOS biased model will protect senior APA pilots with the use of fences, give credit to furloughed/recently furloughed junior pilots, while the temporary pain to the rest will be mitigated by our turbocharged attrition rate. Other than possible DFR exposure, I don't see why APA would prefer to go with your model.
First, I do not think you understand my position. My position is that the Nic would be integrated with the AMR list in whatever fashion an arbitration panel deems is appropriate for our circumstances. Each case turns on it's own merit.

It is not a Nic model I am proposing...it is the actual Nic, integrated with the AMR list.

I would assume that the APA much prefer the Seeman model of seniority is like crew meals and you can rearrange whatever the whim of the majority at the minority's expense because DFRs are so hard to win model!

I much prefer, and so do Senators McCaskill and Bond, that arbitration be afforded the parties, and run amok senioritybtheft as is rampant at uscaba is held in check!

The little west socialists feel the minority rules in this country.
Go goat boy. AWA hired the best!
You do realize that "goat boy" lost his job at EAL in part because of SCABs such as are now found on the east in their support of ustupid.

Oh, and majority rules, but, it sure hurts when the minority kicks it in the nuts.

Now go find some SCAB activity on Woodlawn to keep you busy for the next 5-6 weeks, cause I am thinking that is about all the SCAB union has left.

You westies are dreaming.  It ain't gonna happen.  No Nic.  Get over it.
They have a better chance of getting the Nic than we do of getting DOH.

I guess we will find out in 5 days.

Oh, and in 6 days, I think we will find out who will appeal Silver's ruling.

My guess is AOL.

You're wrong, I can hold NB Reserve Captain, I've got 9 years left and there are a lot of guys my age.

DOH/LOS would make me a middle 767 Captain blockholder in Miami.

Doug is not going to run 3 different operations just to keep you happy and the American pilots don't want NB or base fences.
Doesn't have to be 3 different operations a 5 year fence gives you 4 years if it were completed today, my guess 7, you'll be gone 2 after that, besides let me guess you want to take some AA guys slot in MIAMI?

Still a half wit? I'd laugh but I feel sorry for you.
I don't know of any East pilots that feel sorry for you guys.  You idiots ruined that goodwill years ago.

Pretty sad and childish that you have to keep pretending to be an East pilot to maintain your dignity.

APA pilots are getting pretty sick of your tantrums, too.

Reykjavik, maybe?

Look around you, the company is already making changes in Charlotte and we won't need a union on Woodlawn.
