My take is that you can't read anything without making implicit assumptions that are favorable to yourself.   You would assume a python rubbing against you is there for a hug.

This is getting really confusing. Which story are you guys going with? Am I DCA or I outed DCA?

The company just assured Judge Silver that their request for her to amend her order did not change anything in regard to her ruling that the West has no seat at MB, yet you are thrashing your pom poms and the "donate now" button is melting with electronic heat...

Do you implicitly assume the company is asking Judge Silver to delete a portion of her order so they can use her adjusted order to establish a West Pilot seat in MB, even though they are at the same time reiterating her order that denied the West Pilots request to have a seat at MB?  (and do take notice that the company, in their request to have the order amended, has shown the judge their carful consideration of the judge's denial of a West seat, and are showing the judge that their request does not change that order.)

Must agree. In ridding note 15 they want apa to be unhindered to appoint usapa merger committee ( making the victory not so pyrrhic).
