Judging from the amount of time you spend here, I suggest you take some of the cash and buy yourself a life.  USAPA won't mind.
I'm not worried about money. In fact, I drop trips to come here and annoy people like you. 😉

You don't annoy me, you entertain me.  I laugh a lot reading your stupidity and gullibility.  It's just disturbing that folks with idiotic intellects like yourself can be found anywhere near this profession.

or they can take equipment and status and keep APA pilots at the top of the list without C&Rs

Even the USAPA MC knows DOH is DOA.
DOH and all the nice protections that come with it and keep their boys in the big planes for a long time or if they prefer to hand over a third of their wide body's to us or what ever the arbitrator's decide which could be very ugly for them will be their choice, will hear soon. Even an idiot like you can pick the safer choice.

A third of their wide body flying??? I'm willing to bet if it goes to arbitration we'll be fenced off all of their wide bodies for a set amount of time. That would seem fair to me and I'm on the other side of the fence.

If Nicolau was such a nut case, then you shouldn't worry about a future arbitration, I believe he's retired. Why are you guys so terrified of an impartial third party deciding fairness? How about we just let the majority APA decide? After all the east seems to think since they're the majority they get to decide for the west.

It looks like USAPA has the company and the APA in a corner.  They thought they could just steamroll their way into getting what they want.  Now, even if they happen to get a favorable judgement from the NMB, which I doubt, they won't be able to avoid the District Court case.  They should have just negotiated in good faith to come up with a protocol agreement.  Instead, they want to just wait until USAPA doesn't exist, then impose their own SLI.  Without the protocol agreement, it's gonna be straight M/B arbitration, and it's gonna happen sooner rather than later.  Oh, and per Judge Silver, that means no separate west class at the table, only two parties and the company, who are contractually required to remain neutral (yea, right).

I'm glad that USAPA has finally taken the offensive.

Yes Beeno, you are right that could happen or it could go the other way also you just never know with arbitration, it could get very lopsided, right?....... Terrified of arbitration, I guess you missed the news Friday, we'll decide for you because we all all one union, should be fun.

Hey if the APA wanted to use DOH and then create 10 year conditions and restrictionss to protect everyone's flying and bases, you probably wouldn't hear a peep. I think the East would love the majority deciding to use what USAPA offered the West and would have no problem if all their 777/787 and Captain postitions were fenced for 10 years and all the US Airways pilots got similar protections in PHL, CLT, and PHX.

And not to mention this will all go down in DC, just down the street for the offices of McCaskill and Bond who I'm sure will have and interest in watching how THEIR process goes, remember the APA is the reason for MB.

I believe we're still following the MOU and since it calls for M/B, I don't think there'll be a problem. Guess we'll see.

No problem for me with that, although those pesky westies think they should get all the 777 flying in PHX for themselves.

I don't think anyone is "afraid" of arbitration, it's just that it has proven to be so "arbitrary".  People, even experienced arbitrators, that are not employed in this industry do not understand the importance and implication of some of these issues.  It's always proven better to work something out rather than getting the government involved, but it appears that there are external forces driving this at this time.  I doubt that the APA wants this to go to immediate arbitration, but those 'external forces" are backing them into a corner.

I agree, but with Fridays filing now they have absolutely no choice USAPA is the only one that can pull out of arbitration, APA is scrambling now, two options only come back and talk of face arbitration.

777? What's a 777? I think I got to sniff the inside of a 777 simulator once. 🙂
