Over and over Trader claims the East pilots reneged. Same for SNAPTHIS.
The West absolutely knew the Nic was linked to a JCBA, yet they actively prevented a JCBA
through separate pay. The West actively and willingly participated in an action that prevented implementation of the Nicolau Award.
Look in the mirror West pilots, you too Trader.
Face it, your actions kept the Nic off the property.

So right, and now that the NIC is history, we need to focus on the APA, USAPA's filing last Friday really put them up against the wall.

Oh yeah, that one motivated East guys to join the Leonidas Fun Bunch.
Huge error. Leonidas helped keep the Nic away with the mailers and vids.
Face it, Leonidas was the worst move the West pilots ever put forth to what they needed for a joint contract. Total failure. Leonidas was probably the one reason East guys would not go for a JCBA with the West.

apa pilots are on probation due to their being the reason for the McCaskill-Bond Amendment.  USAPA made sure the NMB and the legal system are monitoring apa's progress in abiding by the law of the land.

You are darn right they are a fake union, suing and harassing the pilots it claims to represent. Heck, they can't even get along with each other. They run their union in a manner which is an embarrassment to airline professionals.

For example:

Police called?

TheEye has received reports that the police responded to a call for assistance at USAPA headquarters early this week. It appears the union is covering up the event as there have been no official statements explaining this unusual activity.

We are very concerned about this latest development in light of Captain Rich Peters widely distributed letter warning of high crime rates in locations under consideration for the new USAPA offices.

The membership has a right to know why the police were called. The members also have a right to know whether any arrests were made and the identity of such individuals.

Until the union issues a statement regarding this event, we strongly suggest extra care and vigilance be observed if you must visit the USAPA offices.

Mr. Theuer care to comment?

TheEye would like to reiterate that weve asked Mr. Theuer and the union for more information. Some reports have the victim filing a report with the local police and some indicate that the police were summoned. That is why the title of the post has a question mark.

What we can confirm is something happened and Mr. Cleary is engaged in a full blown coverup.

Didnt the founders intend USAPA to be a more businesslike and professional union?
