So then; AOL must now be a controlling entity of some sort? How long have "you'se" been suffering from such incredible delusions of grandeur? Btw; having persistent fantasies that "everyone else knows" is a known symptom of such an affliction/condition.

You are speculating about the future.  Your Valhalla is always in the future, and based on implicit assumptions.  
 
But since you asked about the difference between AOL and USAPA..
 
AOL is paid for by donations. USAPA pays all of its legal bills and does not rely on bake sales or lemonade stands.  
 
AOL has never been a certified barging agent.  USAPA is entitled by the MB Statute to all of the applicable Allegheny Mohawk LPP's for the duration of their application.  
 
AOL has ties and T-shirts.  USAPA needs no consolation trinkets, DOH during any delay is just fine.
 
AOL has always argued they have no legal basis to negotiate.  USAPA concurs with that point. 
 
AOL is adamant about seeing the facts and arguments as they wish they could be, and accept donations to publish the mirage its members feel comfortable with.  USAPA is objective and views facts and laws as means to an end that they hope to achieve in the future, but gleefully accept DOH in the interim.

No, most if not all seasoned arbitrators understand the fact labor is free to choose many venues to be represented. They also realize changing representatives without a JCBA in place means there can be a change in seniority positions. They, like judges, understand there exist multiple methodologies for appeals. Judges deal with appeals all the time, also regulatory change. It is part of the landscape. Does the fact a judicial appeal venue exists and is used mean a party is, as you deem, unethical? Perhaps to your inexperienced and uninformed eyes, yes.
You seem extremely misinformed to the process of arbitration, and legal appeal.
It is one benefit of living in this great country that it can be availed.
Just because you are uneducated as to the entire process, does not mean your haphazard terming it unethical applies whatsoever. It merely reveals your ignorance of the entire process.

Did any of those parties even lift a finger to fight who would represent each group? No. It never even crossed anyone's mind to challenge their CBA.
In this case, A group of East pilots formerly calling themselves "USAPA" will be fighting:
Judge Silvers hyper-unambiguous ruling
American Airlines, the largest Airline in the World
The APA
AOL
And A cessation of all dues income. Now. I'm sure, absolutely certain, that USAPA is going to try and divert funds for some illegal purpose at the last minute. Only a complete IDIOT would think they could get away with that and not get sent to prison...which is why I'm so confident in USAPA attempting to do so. Everyone will be watching.

William Wilder knows the process, better than any one of you. I guarantee he will carry this for USAPA right through the process. You have no idea who you are up against with him.

Charlotte Domicile Update

CLT Domicile Update Jumpseat

Fellow CLT Pilots,
We want to make you aware of an incident that occurred a few days ago regarding one of our CLT Captains denying jumpseat requests from three different American Airlines pilots. When he was contacted by your Reps to inquire about the incident he hung up the phone. When the Jumpseat Committee Vice Chair reminded him that many of our pilots use the jumpseat to commute to work his reply was that they should move to their domicile as he did. He then hung up the phone. This Captain's immature actions has put our jumpseat privileges with American Airlines in jeopardy. In addition, we are trying to have our Jumpseat policy implemented with the New American and this does not help our efforts.
We knew going into this merger that there would be disagreements regarding seniority. There is a process to handle this and it will work out in the end. There are three places that we should never let politics interfere: Safety, Training and the Jumpseat! Luckily, our Jumpseat Committee has a good relationship with the APA Jumpseat Committee and has conveyed that this rouge pilot does not reflect our feelings.
If you see an American Pilot please take the time to introduce yourself and apologize on behalf of the US Airways pilots for this senseless selfish display of power and let them know they are welcome on our flight decks.

Too bad you didn't find it in the last update.  The CLT reps were mature and reasoned in their duties to represent the profession.  Did you have something you disagreed with or found objectionable about what they had to say?

I agree they should publish his name. What an A-hole. Why would anyone possibly even think the average AA line pilot has any influence over the SLI at this stage of the game... Some further research is needed to let everyone know who this captain is. The jumpseat should always stay neutral.
