You can tell by reading the order that Judge Silver tried really hard to rule against USAPA but the law was too clear.  I can't see what they can argue now, but I am waiting to see what AOL puts out next.  I wonder who is on the hook for the legal fees once the AOL experiment collapses.
 
As far as the jumpseat shenanigans go, it's pretty sad to lose a job that finally pays pretty well.

Well boys and girls, calls are coming in that our some nice east folks are being denied jumpseat, here we go again.  This should not be happening.

I wouldn't be surprised if worst acts start to happen after this ruling.  Judge Silver:  I hate ALL THAT USAPA IS DOING BUT IT IS WITHIN THE LAW.

Well I just got off the phone with one of the AOL board of directors.  39 minutes of wasted time.  He HATES EAST PILOTS, USAPA (and who the hell else?  Why, the JUNIOR WEST PILOTS HIM AND HIS OWN AOL JIHADI BOARD WANTS TO SUPPORT THEM SO THEY CAN HAVE JUSTICE)!
 
He still believes were greedy, he still makes the tired, old, flawed arguments about "who bought who" even though NOBODY on the Company management side tells them otherwise, yet after the BIG WIN WITH SILVER he NOW BELIEVES that once APA gets in USAPA will disappear and only APA will be allowed to appoint "committees" to argue in M/B.  He also claims Judge Silver ORDERED that USAPA has no representational status if and when the NMB determines single carrier status.  Nis concept of the law is SO FAR REMOVED FROM REALITY that no one with any normal reasoning on the West will jump up and challenge.  Keep thumping that chest AOL.

"FPL" without any membership oversight or obligation.  And Leonidas LLC is calling the whole thing an "Odyssey".  Sort of like a really exotic, all expenses paid cruise, with all the trimmings and daily excursions, for the inner circle.  The gullible need not apply.  All positions currently filled.  New vacancies not anticipated.  Donations kindly accepted.

USAPA is now looking at a going after AOL for damages to recover all the money we had wasted on the west.

 
That would be an even further waste of money.  Chances of recovering fees in a civil proceeding are almost non-existant.  And Silver thinks USAPA is wrong even in the face of the law, she just couldn't do anything about it.  Think she would entertain letting USAPA recover legal fees from the westicles?
 
My question: When will AOL file the appeal?  (I want to be on the forum to see the braggadocio of those fools.  I miss the entertainment value of their baseless ranting.)

Let me guess he probably voted "FOR" the MOU! Can't wait in what 59days from now we get to read those emails attached to the DFR! Maybe he should have read the MOU before he voted! SNAPTHAT!

What's to gloat over? We are still where we were since 2007.

Nic is still the only accepted system seniority list for all LCC pilots, and usapa is still a SCAB union.

Now there is the fact that yet another federal judge has pointed out that USCABA is indeed a farce of a union...that is old news though! Oh, and she totally admonished SCABMANSKI on record. That will probably come back to haunt.

You do understand that Silver ruled since usapa has not changed the Nic, that there is no DFR right? So, it is still the Nic at LCC.


Actually, do not bother with an answere, I already know your head is so far up your rear you do not see that! Just go pat your scab union buddies on their back and say job well done.
