Either one works for me, but if you westies get slotted from the USAPA list, you aren't gonna be very happy.  Since the Judge said there are only 2 lists, you guys really need to hope it's not straight slotting.

I never said we wouldn't have representation. USAPA would disappear and we would see west, east, and APA at the table all presenting their idea of SLI. You're a step behind so please try to step it up.

I believe you'll see the west present a list based first on the Nic and then integrated with APA. The east, in its perpetual stupidity and mistyping, will push a near DOH list. The arbs will then integrate east and west first followed by APA to come up with the final SL.

Only if the west has folks chosen to be on the team that represents us, and I suspect that it will be the current merger committee.  We'll see when the SLI protocol is finalized.

With the large number of furloughees at AMR, DOH probably looks really appealing to them.  I guess we'll see.  Even LOS would work for most of them better than slotting.  Just looking at reality, unlike my westie friends.
