For me?  I've already accepted the fact that DOH is not happening and that our integration will be Nic-like.  I have no argument there - just acceptance.
 
How are all those "wins" working for you?

Any idea what the APA's merger policy is going to be? That's what you'll be living under at some point. There is NO requirement for arbitration now. Just the APA's DFR to all of you scabs. Yep it did comply with all the company's stipulations... All that was needed for implementation was a joint agreement between the East and West and it was a done deal (even though it would have to be ratified by the membership, which is doubtful). That part required for legally implementing the Nic never happened. And now given the current situation, it can NEVER happen... Even if the nullified TA was still a legally enforceable document (which it isn't), the only way the Nic could be implemented would be for an agreement between the East and West (The only parties to the TA, other than the company)... With the APA now involved, that is now an impossibility...
