LOA 93 is being unwound by Bid 14 - 02.

This clock is unique as it runs faster and faster as time goes by.

It has now been 13 days 23 hours 40 minutes and 18 seconds since new hires held Widebody jobs off the street.

If only there were some way to put these ungrateful ***ks, and only them, (CM and DE) in their Nicolau spot on the new SLI.  They want it so bad, we should figure out a way to accommodate them.

In return, I will happily take on my own Nicolau position on the new SLI!

Request that your dispatcher acknowledge and reply to your RFD message.
Keep a copy of the ATC delay or make a note of Flight # date, time, pairing number, etc.
File a PE-80 for the entire crew (Flight Attendants at American get paid)
Save printed copies of everything.
As you know, a grievance (MTA #1) was filed in December 2013, over this and several other pay issues. Expect your claim to be denied initially, but save the documentation, as USAPA will be seeking reimbursement for claims as of December 9, 2013.
Here is a link to the APA 2012 Basic Working Agreement (contract). Shown below is the applicable text from Supplement J for your review.

Keep up the good work.

Even if the dispatcher does not acknowledge, the message is saved.  They are not allowed delete any message from the airplane; I don't think they even have the capability to do that.  The FAA wouldn't allow deletions since communications may have a bearing in case of any "event."

where is 767jetzz....i always thought him a united turd....i had no idea he was a westicle.....omg, he came back to this mess.....really?

Urban legend has it that we have an east pilot who had been furloughed in the 1990s, went to SW and progressed to the captain seat, and still returned when US called him back because he lived in PIT or PHL and didn't like the commute.  Takes all kinds, I guess.  767jetzz probably lives in PHX, and he thinks (like most of those clueless sandbox fools) Parker would never close it.  Rotsaruck.

I've seen three "Meccas" closed on the east side already: INT/GSO, PIT and SYR.  Any bets on which is next?  (And there will be a "next"....bank on it.)

Shouldn't  you be belittling the former stock clerk who refuses to grovel to your Captain's authority?

Don't worry, APA will make sure we're all are put in our proper position on the seniority list and there's not a damn thing you can do to stop it.

whats his deal? was he fired, did he piss off everybody till they showed him the door? was he just an oportutionalist seek to benefit of others misfortion...the kind of guy that relishs when his buddy flunks a class, so he can move up......

cant wait to hear his BS diatribe....not that there isnt enoiugh, its just that the bitching is rapidly about to close...

when APA represewnts both east and original APA. ( they will both be the same union) they will have to use internal union contract rules......ie: DOH...its rt there in there own book......dont-ch just l;ove the way the world turns....dag nabit, you could write a book.....)
Well rumor has it his placement on the UAL/CA didn't work out so well so he came back WEST (2004 hire) thinking he is getting his NIC! I Him and DCA319 get along just fine.

You mean the great, disappearing stock clerk who insisted that his vast experience in all things union permitted him to confidently say that USAPA has no leg to stand on and would lose in federal court?  That one?  What ever happened to him on this thread?  The one who berated many of us here because we didn't bow to the authority of his vast union experience?  That one?  Maybe the belittling him by many here was not so misplaced.

But the belittling of you by many here is only a small sampling of what you truly deserve, Traitor.

You think I am personally worried about what the APA does to an A330 captain whose number is north of 200?  They will insist on widebody fences, and they will get them.  But that works both ways.  By the time the dust is settled, you will see the ++ next to my name on the base bids.  I personally am not a bit concerned about the SLI; it will be meaningless to my position.

Not a "damn thing" I can do to stop it?  What the ***k do I care, Traitor.  Tell me just how much damage you think they can do to the sunset of my career?  Inquiring minds want to know.

Yes, he has numbers at ual and awa. He got shelved on the bottom of the ALPA UAL CO merge, so he came back to AWA for his lottery ticket shot at the Nic. He lied all along about not being a west pilot. He was apparently canned at USA 3000 as well.
The west employs numerous screen names attached to a handful of posers to broadcast their agenda.
Leonidas mirrors criminal enterprises in third world countries with their propaganda tools((Auxier Cat3 productions) mailers of pamphlets, court attacks with no substance etc.
Fortunately, their donations are dwindling to the point their court antics will dry up.

700uw was an extremely poor reference with regard to the changing of bargaining agents before a JCBA cemented the arbitrated award. The west pilots continue to be mislead by Ferguson and Harper, resulting in loss after loss in the same misplaced reasoning.

You self induced humiliation is bizarre.

The one who corrected you when you said we had 737-300s.

"Bottom line is, USAPA made a critical error when they negotiated the MOU allowing verbiage which required the APA to become the CBA prior to a final SLI.

Thanks USAPA. So much for high priced lawyers helping you through the minefield."

Very good analysis.

Yes.  I said 737-300s.  He said NIC was it.

Comparably important statements.  You are grasping at straws, Traitor.

One is a fact in the present, the other is speculation about the future.

Which one did you get wrong?
