APA prefers to stay in control and they would be stupid to abandon their control by giving it to an arbitrator or by letting the West have a seat.  They are not afraid of a lawsuit.  In the past they proved smart enough to get everything they ever wanted and pinned ALPA with the lawsuit.  Now they have the chance to pin the blame on a union that will be defunct anyway.  Name one reason why they would actually go to arbitration and pass on such a coup...

Because I make the effort to ask other outside of USAPA.  Those guys in the office have been telling us what they think we want to hear and most of this pilot group laps it all up.  There are pilots here who have seen this up close and have very good ideas as to where this is going.  I suggest you find them and ask them the tough questions.

If seriously suggesting supposed education for us that you've magically obtained...well, don't "you'se" feel it'd help your case, and certainly serve to benefit all of the presumably more ignorant, to simply point all directly to your supposed sources? 😉
