john scherff was a former management pilot working originally for america west.  john scherff was in his US Airways chief pilots office in PHX and went to a company computer and copied on a  disk, all East pilots personal information, including their address, social security numbers, passport numbers, email addresses and more, then handed it over to eric ferguson, 2003 hire leader of the america west pilots ill fated legal quest.
 
This is now a lame duck group that is bent on retaliation of the East pilots for winning a legal battle.  What will be their goal?  A scorched earth policy.

US Airways spent thousand of dollars on legal services because of this and purchase ID protection from Lifelock (tm) that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.  You have to ask yourself why schreff and ferguson kept their jobs?

Their chosen "out", by way of a supposed, if entirely farcical "internal investigation" was to basically play dumb, but pay for a token year of Lifelock, merely to show what caring and great guys they were instead of actually admitting to anything at all.

Halfway through; I turned the sound off just to observe what the body-language said. It would appear he's left-handed, incapable of keeping his head even halfway straight while talking, and were he extolling the merits of a given used car..I'd not be much disposed towards buying it. 😉
