You're a welsh and I wouldn't take that "bet" with you unless you put the money up first.
How much and where is the money held?
Oh, and how is that West PHX growth going for them? I'm moving up fast Dan and the West are going to be in PHX for years now that USAPA will be in court suiing APA and the company for violations of the MOU if they fail to get a protocol agreement.
Wait until APA tries to get a contract in 2019. Ain't happening.
There is not going to be an USAPA to sue anyone. West pilots are well represented going into SLI talks with the APA. When USAPA goes away, you'll have the APA looking out for your interests. They know what's best for you. So, sit back, relax and enjoy the results of not having thought this out very well.

Chip they had their chance to talk ... They refused to solve this situation. Why do you give a #### it really doesn't effect you,.... Why don't you leave it to us that it matters....
No, not true SCAB.

The West was offered two choices. Voluntarily give in to your SCAB demands, or have your demands forced upon us.

We chose our own path. The one were you POS reneging malcontents got to spend an extra 5 years on LOA93 , so that in the end we would end up with Nic as the seniority for all LCC pilots.

All the West had to do is wait til the SCAB union went bye bye. Well, here we are, and it looks like uscaba is going away very soon!

Hey, I got an idea, why don't you SCABs extend the deadline for the protocol agreement?

Speaking of Welshing on a bet....you and your SCAB union have no place to talk!

As to MOU violation for failing to reach a protocol agreement. here we go again, the SCABS come in and say either you bow to our demands, or we walk out and sue you. When are you SCABs going to learn that self hostage taking is bad faith bargaining.

Oh, I just came to understand. You actually do realize you are SCABs, and just do not care.

Hey, why don't you try and sue using the membership money left over once uscaba is decertified? That way we can send some of the SCABs to the big house.
Hey you always liked saying how your suits kept the East on LOA 93, so why shouldn't they play the same game? They have the pay now, let them sue and then they can tease you about being penned up in PHX while that litigation drags on for 5 or six years. Good for the goose, good for the gander.

Uuuummmm, you do realize you've just summarized 7 years of West behavior?

Minus all the videos, websites plus a song or two of course!

It was not our suits that kept the east on LOA 93. It was the east's own actions.

If some east pilots want to sue, and try to continue to force separate ops, go ahead and go for it!

And, I think it would be a great idea if uscaba tries to use dues money collected for the enforcement of the CBA post APA certification!

Doubtful, since that'd require a degree of both self and situational awareness that's never been indicated within "sparta"/Fantasyland. 😉

Will do.....it's going to be sunny and 85 today!

And always just an essentially lifeless, frikkin' desert. Enjoy that latest giant swarm of upgrades. 😉

How about a 5 year extension?

5 years that will be repaid in full. Brick by brick the PHX fence becomes a permanent border wall denying undesirable immigration.

No bump, no flush. You cannot remove new hires out of the widebodies. You will never recover the time you lose to the wall....

Sounds like a fine idea, if just to continue to enjoy a "spartan"/"dire wolf"/"knights"/infantile-village-idiots-free workplace, but I very much doubt there'll be any reason to sue. The nic's a pipe dream, and "you'se" aren't likely to see the outside of PHX for quite awhile, even if with normal merger timing.

P.S. That's "you'se" cue to further froth and drool over the keyboard, call everyone "scabs" and continue to remove any and all possible doubt about the infantile-village-idiots part. 😉
Should "you'se" have any questions about, or need even the slightest assistance with that last, we always have exhibit "dire wolf" to reference:

No boat, no money, no union, no control, no ethics, no DOH....look for a new and improved Nic award adjusted for the removal of all us air wide body protections.
That spells.......

E-N-D of usAPA.
