Ooooooh. Some board post as legal stuff.
Face it. You have nothing. Nothing but spin. That is why I wait until you guys step on it to come back and re state the obvious. Carry on.

Yep, they made the whole thing up.

It's a conspiracy! Anybody who disagrees with the East is a Westie.

Ok East.

😉

Unbelievable. "You'se" just completely missed the obvious jab (which does pretty much prove the observation though). Let me simplify it down to the most basic possible level this time: "the "I'm not as sophisticated as you clever book-readers," might well explain....an understandable sense of kinship with the "spartans". I didn't imply the person a "spartan", just equally dense, and thus more likely to sympathize with "you'se".

Clearly, even the first part (amazingly) proved a bit excessively subtle for a self respecting "spartan" to process: "Not a Westie...why would I not admit that if I were.." One can't help but see a whole host of reasons....? 😉

Good morning east SCABs.

I have some "spin" as BS calls it, for you today.

BPR meeting highlight. Bob Mann, industry analyst, working for uscaba told you POS reneging malcontents to go F yourself. The MC knew it was coming, and has already hired a replacement, yet, they failed to tell anyone prior. I guess they were too busy writing fictitious BS about the resignation of the West committee members to think it note worthy.

think about that for a nanosecond. Where do you think Mann is going?

When this is over, you are going to realize just how bad you screwed the pooch by not accepting "final and binding" and instead having "final and binding" administered via enema.

Have a nice day, fly safe, and remember, the Nic is the only accepted system seniority for all LCC pilots.

Please inform him and nic4(wet dream)us, that my definition of a scab and theirs, differ.

Since I read this board, I guess you told me yourself. here is my answere.

By your definition, I will never be on the master scab list, but it remains to be seen how many more uscaba a$$wipes end up there!

look up the definition if you can read you wouldn't know a scab if it bite you on the ass.

btw the only seniority list that counts anywhere is the one you bid by.

A second Section 29 letter is probably outside the bounds of even my prowess.

Enjoy the petty little power trip while it lasts.
I have nothing to do with the issuing of section 29 letters, so how can it be my power trip?

Was your's valid? Did you owe the union money?

Trader?

I'm sure he'd get a section 29 even if he was on DCO.
Why? I was on DCO and had a billing discrepancy. At the time I can assure you there were many within USAPA that would have love to see me get fired, but I was able to handle the issue quickly and efficiently. Several westies were in the same boat.

Based on what I'm reading on other forums, they are not buying the BS.............BS

Picking again. There are plenty on both sides of this:

"Righteous battle? That's pathetic.

The NIC is the biggest attack on a seniority based system that has ever happened. If any group is fighting a righteous battle, it's the US Air pilot group.

Every pilot group should be pulling for the US Air pilot group to prevail to insure it will never be a labor case standard."

I remember in 2008, ALPA was the dues collection agency. I also remember the biggest USAPA supporters writing......

" ALPA has seen the last of my dues money."
Author: AAA73Pilot

This was prior to USAPA being elected. Philadelphia reps being thrown out of ALPA for supporting USAPA, dues payments being withheld, etc.

So.....the very people who go after pilots with section 29's are most likely the ones who stopped paying ALPA while they were still the bargaining agent.

Hypocrites

No boat, no money, no union, no control, no ethics, no DOH....look for a new and improved Nic award adjusted for the removal of all us air wide body protections.
Damages, do not forget the damages..
