This was prior to USAPA being elected. Philadelphia reps being thrown out of ALPA for supporting USAPA, dues payments being withheld, etc.

So.....the very people who go after pilots with section 29's are most likely the ones who stopped paying ALPA while they were still the bargaining agent.

Maybe. There is not shortage of hypocrites on either side. As a matter of fact I know two of our former east ALPA reps that have dodged paying USAPA ever since it's formation. One of them is the guy that told me that the west contract makes it much easier to fire a west pilot.

I guess justifications are only valid and "factual" when they support YOUR view, but not when others try to support their view. This has been th East's problem since day one. There is no rationalizing with the irrational.

Then why do you want us to remain with ALPA? To save us from ourselves? To protect your position? If we are such a problem why do you want us? What does it matter to you anyway what we do? So....this new union, USAPA is only interested in dues dollars from West pilots to further the objectives of the Eat pilots. Nothing more.

Guess what, years later there is no DOH, you'll find that the Nic is still a player and the benefits reaped by evasion of prioir agreements will have to remedied.

That's not at all what was said.
 
-The east merger committee tried to negotiate with the west. They couldn't come to an agreement-few thought we would be able to with our LOS/seniority difference.
-We went to arbitration where we proposed a LOS integration, with some protections for the west. Your side proposed an absurd ratio that would put over 900 pilots that were active on May 19.2005 below save-a-Dave.
-The east didn't modify their proposal at all, the west very little.
-Nic made his award
-The east didn't like it and said they would do whatever they could to prevent it's implementation and noted to EVERYONE that the TA had no required timeline for completion and without it's completion the Nicolau award could not be used.
-I don't know exactly what happened at WYE river, but have been told by a guy that was there that they tried to come up with a solution for everyone-it failed. ALPA tried to tell you of the dangers going forward to your group. You didn't listen, but whined when they came true.
-ALPA and it's east component wanted nothing to do with USAPA.
-Years later there is no DOH nor Nic. But, over the years the east pilots have continued to move forward, while the west has stagnated. Our new hires are in much better places than many of your 10 year F/Os. You have had fewer captain upgrades since 2007 than we have had in just a couple months bids. The Nic fight was over our attrition, and no matter what happens going forward, we captured a larger part of it.
-I cannot ever remember a bump-flush SLI
-The MOU abandoned a DOH east/west SLI AND the Nicolau award. You won a small victory there, but as usual, it's not enough.
-Our power player helped write MB. You are going to have to argue to the arbitration panel that they agreement you ratified was wrong and that the federal judge that you went to was wrong. Good luck with that. I'm not sure why USAPA would worry about it.
 
So, your history paper receives a D-, but you have been corrected. You are dismissed, go play in the sand and cacti.

Every pilot groups seems to be pulling for your fake unions death. Hate to break it to you but scumbag liars and cheats don't get much sympathy scab. The nic still gave you 2 out of every 3 upgrades...that wasn't enough. Was it worth a billion dollars and a lost 1/3 rd of a career to get a few hundred upgrades a few years sooner only to have the nic adjusted for no wide body protections amongst the us air pilots and folded into the APA.?

Um, I know keeping up isn't your strong suit, but those weren't my words, they were another pilot's.
 
I know you love living in your bubble and believing that all others see things as you do, but they don't. I've had many more guys condemn the Nic than support it.
 
So, if all you wrote was true, how come you have lost the last 3 federal court cases?
