You know why your grievance failed?  Because it never happened.  It's a figment of your overactive imagination.  Now go away.  I'm glad fools like you aren't here any longer.  I don't have any sympathy for you at all.

Good for you. Then you did what you could. Feel now perfectly free to eat yourself alive over it for the rest of your life, or not, as you choose. I am a tad bit curious though; since "everyone hates the pilots and you are traitors to the labor movement"; what actions would your group have taken in the event of a pilot strike?...Not that there would been many planes to clean after flights anyway, but still...?

I filed hundreds of grievances as did others on pilots cleaning through flight, thats a scab, they did it when we walked and you didnt honor a picket line and made a sweetheart deal, you didnt have to cross and you didnt have to perform struck work.

You filed "hundreds of grievances on pilots" in 5 days? Holy crap! how many flights does that encompass? You must have been working quadruple shifts working 24 hours a day for 5 days straight! as well as the "others" that also filed "hundreds of grievances" over that same 5 days... I don't think we had that many pilots... Just sayin...

Good point, and one might reasonably assume a person would first have to observe a supposed infraction prior to filing a greivance, so it does first beg the question of how many flights this individual and/or the "others" were able to directly observe the inside of aircraft on (while being on strike themselves of course) and at just the right times to supposedly see batch lots of pilots eagerly cleaning aircraft, to even begin to buy into that buffoon's sorry BS.

I'd say the key to this unfortunate fellow's main problem here lies within his "everyone" hates the pilots claim. 😉

During the strike I picked up a Wall Street Journal to read from the cabin on a break after the passengers got off.  I wouldn't call that cleaning.  I might agree with you that pilots generally march to the beat of a different drummer but picking up a newpaper hardly rises to the level of scab.  Oh, and for the record considering the state of the industry today vs. then how does everyone feel the environment for labor unions is today?  Heck, even LABOR doesn't like labor unions.  What's that tell you?

Hey, just sayin.

Lets find out:

“Look at what happened to the auto manufacturers in Detroit and how they struggled. They all shared one huge factor: the U.A.W.,” said Mr. Jarvis, who added that he had had bad experiences with other labor unions. “If you look at how the U.A.W’s membership has plunged, that shows they’re doing a lot wrong.”

If you were on strike, how could you be in a position to see a pilot doing struck work?

I remember when Wolf told the crowd that they would no longer have the pilots getting a full day's pay while they rested for three hours between flights, and all the idiots cheered! I guess they thought the pilots made the schedules.

Nice no wonder why everyone hates the pilots and you are traitors to the labor movement.

And explain how you can be on vacation for two weeks of the strike, when the strike only lasted five days?

And we had no problems taking concessions like everyone else did but they had to be fair, and who are you to tell another union what we should or shouldnt negotiate?

US East pilots scabbed, bottom line.
Scabbed? Hardly. I remember picking up a newspaper to read, and some idiot telling me I was cleaning.
I am sure some guys did clean up, but probably because you guys did not show up and they simply had a flight home to make.
I do clearly remember you saying the Nic was final and binding. You missed the boat there too. You, Leonidas and Harper. Again and again.

"Leaders of the Air Line Pilots Association unit at Eagle decided yesterday not to have members vote on the agreement in principle with the regional airline."

Way to go ALPA!  No need to let those line pilots have any say in their futures, it's more important let the "Leaders" call the shots.

I just hope all the new furloughees, find jobs soon and at non-ALPA carriers.

The grievances were filed during the 30 day cooling off period, when we were on strike, we werent out the, but we had people on the inside on the ramp, agents and FAs who informed us of what was going on.

Such maturity you show by calling names when someone post the facts and history of what happened.

Why did you need to file greivances during the cooling off period? Were you conducting an illegal job action because I don't every remember a pilot wanting to clean an airplane.

Where was I calling names? YOU called us scabs. My union told me not to honor the strikeq.

Illegal job action?

Gee more made up history to condone ALPA and the US pilots betrayal to the labor movement.

Funny no one got disciplined, fired or a lawsuit filed by US against the IAM.

Its called working by the book and we worked short handed as no one felt like working overtime, see in the CBA you couldnt be forced to work OT.

And every time we had an incident of Pilots or FAs cleaning planes a Maintenance or Utility supervisor came out to the plane to witness it and/or get the employee names and numbers who were performing work not in their scope.

Did the same happen with "ancillary duties" at the NWA stations during the strike?
