Again, oblivious.

Oblivious to the end.

OK, mighty "spartan"; tell us all, step by step, how all things will "really" transpire...? The Joke of the Day competition hasn't been decided yet. 😉

You sound as though you've taken your weekend bender and extra day in honor of the holiday.  When you wake up from your three-day bender, you can read what I wrote a few posts back.

Pretty hard to imagine since the "WEST" has no CRAFT or CLASS status under the M/B. APA might find a big lawsuit over that or even federal court, just sayin,

What's holding you back?

Unity?

No LLC?

Money?

A case? (Weak)

:lol:

10 years worth?  Just sayin'.

Are we going to go all "Spartan" like the west did?

Think USCABA is finalizing the twice extended protocol agreement on this holiday Monday to present by tomorrow...the latest deadline? Or, is it finally sinking in that USCABA has already been blown off the map?

HA!!

So. Whose willing to go to prison for misappropriating the funds of a decertified former bargaining agent? You can bet the West, via AOL is going to put that issue in the spotlight immediately following USCABAs declaration of death by the NMB.

To be eligible for an airline transport pilot certificate, a person must:

(a) Be at least 23 years of age;

(b........

(c) Be of good moral character;

I'd say some of them fell through the cracks in the certification process.

I did. I was asking for something in the way of a serious projection, as in; actually possible within the confines of reality, but should know better than to ever expect any such from "you'se" ilk. 😉

More than a few it seems. "You'se" have some that can't even qualify on the english-speaking requirement alone.

I'd say a score of 3.8 on a 4 point scale is more than qualified.

Hardly "we", since I know of none out east less than, at the best, 15 years of age in terms of personal development. "You'se" would also know that, were it not that sad case of your being both a westie and a pathological liar.

Blanket party? Who needs a blanket when highs have been in the 80's.....

Keep shoveling and stay warm. 😉
Snap,

This winter has been so cold that today it got up into the high 20's and I had to take my coat off while working outside because it actually felt warm! By wed. it's supposed to make it to the 50's so I'll probably have to wear shorts and a tee shirt in order to avoid heat stroke.

...They've no way to stop this and the APA will waive the 60 days and go right into arbitration...

You do realize that the 60 day deadline is only 20 days from today don't you? I seriously doubt the NMB could certify the APA as the CBA and then the APA decide to waive the remaining time. There would be no time to waive...

The protocol agreement is due tomorrow and an integrated list is due in 20 days (March 9th) or the arbitration process begins.

Edited to add: Perhaps I misunderstood what 60 days you were talking about. It was a 90 day deadline for an integrated list. Either way, we may hear something tomorrow on the protocol agreement. But for sure, we will know in less than 3 weeks if we are going to arbitration...
